Do you ship?
We sure do! We ship each and every day around the US, as well as offer free in-store pick-up at one of our convenient locations.
How do I return an item?
Consignment items are FINAL SALE. Please ask all questions regarding size, style, color and condition prior to purchasing. We are always happy to send over additional pictures or information!
Are all items authentic?
We don't mess around when it comes to authenticity of our items. Each and every item has been authenticated either by a highly trained and experienced staff member, or includes an authentication certificate from a third party authentication company we partner with.
How do I consign if I am not local?
Easy peasy, light and breezy! Simply head to our consignment page to pre-sort your items according to our seasonal guidelines. Ship your items to either location, along with a copy of a complete Consignor Contract. You will then receive an e-mail with your account details. All items found damaged, out-of-season, or not following our guidelines will be donated on your behalf!
What do you do with your consignment donations?
We LOVE this question, it's seriously our fav. Every few months we team up with a local animal charity and host a designer tent sale. Each item is sold for $2-$5, and a generous portion of proceeds is donated to the organization. All other items are donated to New Horizons Woman Shelter in Manchester, NH to help families in transition.
